    • Assist the project manager in performing various tasks necessary for the implementation of the project

    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees of the firm

    • Ensure professional communication with the client and other employees of the firm

    • Perform other tasks as needed

    • Follow general labor rules as stated in the job description and employment contract.

    • Strong Knowledge of International Auditing Standards and Regular Updates: Possesses a strong understanding of international auditing standards and ensures that projects are conducted in compliance with these standards. Continuously updates this knowledge and informs team members of any changes.
    • Knowledge and Application of Accounting and Auditing Standards: Has a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Independently performs work that meets the firm’s developed standards and quality requirements. Has the ability to answer questions posed by team members and clients. For complex issues, can research relevant literature and propose possible solutions to the engagement partner. Has the ability to create transformation tables.
    • Completion of Assigned Sections: Ensures a clear understanding of assigned tasks and their execution methods. Guarantees that all necessary work is performed and documented in working files within established deadlines, adhering to the firm’s standards and quality requirements. Immediately informs the engagement partner of any unclear issues and proactively researches relevant solutions in advance. Provides answers to reviewers' questions and incorporates relevant comments into working files within the set deadlines.
    • Review of Working Files: Ensures that working files prepared by engagement team members are completed comprehensively, adhering to the firm’s file templates and quality standards. Ensures clear documentation (objective, work performed, conclusions, and comments). Guarantees that working files are formatted so that an independent reviewer can easily examine or replicate the performed work if needed.
    • Project Management: Assists the engagement partner in answering questions raised by engagement team members. Helps team members understand assigned tasks and explains the methods for execution. Provides guidance on clear documentation within working files (objective, work performed, conclusions, comments). Reviews working files and corrects them as necessary. Sets a clear and accurate plan for the engagement team before the project starts and provides relevant evaluations after project completion. Regularly informs the engagement partner of the project status, communicates issues promptly, and proposes solutions. The audit manager is responsible for the complete and efficient execution of the project.
    • Management of Engagement Team Members: The audit manager is responsible for managing engagement team members, monitoring their work, and ensuring the effective use of their time throughout the project.
    • Preparation of Working Files: Fully completes assigned tasks in accordance with the firm’s file templates and quality standards. Ensures that prepared working files are reviewed by reviewers. Working files must have clear documentation (objective, work performed, conclusions, and comments). Ensures that working files are formatted so that an independent reviewer can easily examine or replicate the performed work if needed.
    • Working in Audit Programs: Where audit software is used, ensures working files are prepared within the audit program, meeting its requirements and aligning with the firm’s established standards and quality expectations.
    • Effective Communication with Clients and Engagement Team Members: Ensures the study and documentation of key client industry characteristics. Builds good working relationships with clients. Communicates necessary issues with clients in a timely manner. Notifies the engagement partner of any problems during client communication and proposes solutions.
    • Evaluation of Engagement Team Members: Participates in evaluating engagement team members based on completed projects and provides relevant advice and recommendations to team members.
    • Development of Firm Employees: Contributes to the professional growth and development of team members by sharing knowledge and experience.
    • Support for the Engagement Partner in Project Execution: Assists the engagement partner with preparing audit documentation, letters, explanations, and other important documents. Ensures proper documentation based on the partner’s instructions.
    • Create a positive environment in the company

    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees of the firm

    • Ensure professional communication with the client and other employees of the firm

    • Perform other tasks as needed
